Important Information

The VoicemailSaver imports your voicemails from your phone's visual voicemail. Otherwise, if you have to call  in to hear your voice messages, Verizon & Sprint own your voicemails and they will not give you the option to share or forward them.

Verizon Wireless & Sprint offer two types of Visual Voicemail, a free version and a premium version. With the premium version, your good to go but if you do not have the premium version, which costs $2.99 per month, then Verizon & Sprint own your voicemails and you will not have the ability to save or share them.

The GOOD NEWS is that we have found a work-around to their free version of the visual voicemail so that you CAN forward your voicemails to the VoicemailSaver where they will be safe and just a touch away from those precious memories.

If you have the Verizon or Sprint Free Visual Voicemail, try the following to forward your voicemails to the VoicemailSaver but remember, you can eliminate the steps below by simply upgrading to their Premium Visual Voicemail Service:

  • Go to your Visual Voicemail and tap the voicemail that you would like to save. Look for 3 dots at the top right of your screen. Touch it and look for "forward" or "share."

  • If that doesn't work, then go back to your visual voicemail and this time "long press" on the voicemail you would like to save. Look for "forward" or "share."

  • If the only option you see is "SAVE", then you will have to first save the voicemail, then from the "homescreen" search for a folder called "My Files" or "File Manager" and click it. Then click "Internal Storage" and from there, look for a folder called "Visual Voicemail" or "Voicemail." That is where your saved Voicemails will be. From there, long press or tap the voicemail and look for "Forward" or "Share" and click on either and look for the VoicemailSaver icon and tap it then follow the prompts to save your Voicemails to the VoicemailSaver.

If you run into this problem and cannot save your voicemails to the VoicemailSaver, please call or text us and we will show you how.
